After an evening seeing the "other side" of Las Vegas it was time to head to the true Sin City. On Friday morning we headed over to the Zappos headquarters for the first event of Taraleigh Weathers’ How To Rock Your Life book tour which included a Q+A and intimate set with Twiddle. The Zappos campus is so beautiful - filled with bright colors and eclectic decorations. You could tell just by looking around that they truly value community at their company. There were a ton of cool areas set up for the staff to congregate in and they welcomed us with open arms into each of them. The staff was just as wonderful as you'd expect from one of the Fortune 100 Best Company, which made me love having them host us even more! Not only did they go above and beyond getting all of our and Twiddle's favorite snacks and beverages to make us all feel welcome, they even provide catering for the guests! The Zappos AV team helped us live stream the whole thing with all of their state of the art equipment on both Twiddle and Relix Facebook pages and it was awesome to see how many people all over the country were tuning in!

When we walked through the double doors of the theater we LITERALLY saw the writing on the wall that this partnership was destiny - the quote read "hugging your mom," which is similar to a quote in Twiddle's song Earth Mama

It was even more fun to be able to celebrate the night away at Brooklyn Bowl with Iya Terra, Twiddle and Stick Figure afterwards. We checked into our awesome suite at the Linq Hotel and headed straight to sound check. It was the first time meeting both Iya Terra and Stick Figure for me since I hadn't been to any of the other shows on the Above The Storm tour. The guys from both bands are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met on the road and made me feel so welcome throughout the weekend (especially when we ended up crashing on their bus - I'll tell you the story later!). Plus, Cocoa the Tour Dog is the cutest animal friend I've made in my travels. We also had the pleasure to hang with Brooklyn Bowl owner Pete Shapiro, which is always a great time, and famous poker player/Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian. Definitely the quintessential Vegas night out haha!

The next morning we got in the bus and were on our way to Long Beach, California for the One Love Cali Fest. It was my first time traveling in the bus with the guys but we were all so tired that we all basically slept the entire ride! Six hours later we got woken up by the driver as we approached the festival. We were surrounded by cop cars on all sides and they wanted to search the bus!
